You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 14 days

You can Smoke outside but always ensure you use the ashtray. 

Be careful with the garden furniture. 

No deep frying is allowed. 

Watch out with sharp knives and getting burnt. Use oven gloves. 

You have extinguisher near the door near kitchen bar so easy access in the event of fire for the kitchen or pizza oven or BBQ. 

All Dishes and cups can be found in the cabinets on either side of the sink. Silverware is in the drawer on the left side of the oven, and pans are in the drawer on the right hand-side of the sink. Feel free to use any of this as needed to prepare your delicious meal. When you’re done, you can put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When you have a full load, you can start the machine. 

Food bin: In the dedicated little green bin-use the little Biodegradable bags (in the kitchen drawer near the bins) (Tie a knot before disposal). There is a little green caddy outside for disposal. 

General Bin: use the black bag (tie a knot)- There is a large wheely bin outside for disposal. 

All plastics go in the dedicated labelled bin. Please crush your plastic bottle so it takes less space. 

All glass/can items (e.g. wine bottles, clean empty cans etc.) go in labelled dedicated bin 

All folded cardboard goes in labelled dedicated bin 

Every Monday evening after 6pm we will remove the outside bin and put it back on Wednesday morning. 

The pizza oven is only to be used by an experienced operator, and we will need notification prior to use. 

Please read very carefully and follow all advice in the section: How to operate the pizza oven. 

Only use the starter pack given to you. Do not use the wood which is on display on each side of the oven as this is for decorative purposes only. 

The double doors facing the terrace must be open when operating the pizza oven, if not the smoke alarm will activate. 

There is a fire extinguisher near the door by the kitchen bar, allowing easy access in the event of fire for the kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. 

The BBQ is only to be used by an experience operator. Notify us prior to use. 

Do not use the BBQ inside the house, and far away from the seating area & parasol.

No Candles are allowed due to fire hazard, but we have provided you with battery candles to give a romantic, cosy atmosphere. When not in use, please ensure they are switched off to conserve battery life – the tall, thin candles are remote operated to make this easier. 

The TV, amplifier, DVD player, speakers etc. have been installed by a professional person. 

Please do not attempt to unplug them due to risk of electric shock. 

Place the black covers on the sofas/tables every night. 

Only use plastic glasses on the terrace – all plastic glasses are kept in the bar.
